The 2016 Balloon Festival missed their goal as far as ticket sales an attendance largely due to bad weather and a lack of effective marketing, making the 2017 festival a make-or-break event.

PracticeBloom was engaged just six weeks before the 2017 event and given the challenge of making the 2017 Balloon Festival the best event to date.
