What this package is

Get the important decisions made before you launch.

Launching a telehealth practice involves more than a logo and website. You need to know whom you will serve, what you will offer, how your program will work, what patients should expect, and how you will introduce the practice.

PracticeBloom works with you to document those decisions and turn them into a practical launch plan.

At the end, you receive a coordinated set of planning documents for your brand, patient experience, programs, website, and initial marketing.

Who it’s for

  • Clinicians preparing to launch an independent telehealth practice
  • Founders planning a cash-pay or membership-based medical service
  • Existing practices introducing a new virtual care program
  • Teams that have a clinical concept but need a clear brand and launch plan

This package is for business and marketing planning. Your clinical leadership remains responsible for medical decisions and operating approvals.

Included in the $499 package

Eight practical deliverables.

Each document answers a specific question you need to resolve before opening.

01

Brand Guide

Define the practice’s purpose, values, personality, visual direction, colors, and overall presentation.

Why it matters: Your website, marketing, and patient materials will look and feel like one practice.
02

Messaging Guide

Write clear explanations of your services, your approach to care, key patient questions, and why someone should consider your practice.

Why it matters: Patients can understand what you offer without decoding medical or business language.
03

Brand Persona

Define the practice’s communication style: how it should sound, what it should emphasize, and how to stay consistent across channels.

Why it matters: Emails, website pages, and social posts will sound like the same organization.
04

Target Audience

Identify the types of patients the practice is designed to serve, their needs, questions, preferences, and where you are prepared to serve them.

Why it matters: You can focus your services and marketing on patients who are a good fit.
05

Patient Journey

Map the steps from discovering your practice to requesting information, booking, consulting, enrolling, and receiving ongoing follow-up.

Why it matters: You can identify what patients need at every step and avoid confusing handoffs.
06

Program Development

Organize your proposed services into understandable programs, including package structure, scheduling flow, communication, and pricing presentation.

Why it matters: Patients need to understand what they are considering and what happens next. All clinical care, eligibility, and treatment details require your approval.
07

Website Strategy

Plan the pages, page content, navigation, trust information, calls to action, and booking experience your site will need.

Why it matters: A designer or developer can build from a clear plan instead of guessing what the website should do.
08

Launch Plan

Create a prioritized checklist for preparing your public website, content, booking process, launch announcements, and first marketing activities.

Why it matters: You know which tasks must happen first, who owns them, and which depend on clinical readiness.
How it works

A simple, guided process.

Step 01 • Kickoff

Tell us about your practice.

Complete an intake questionnaire and meet with our team. We review your services, care philosophy, audience, business goals, and current decisions.

Step 02 • Development

We prepare the documents.

We organize your answers into the eight guides and plans. We identify decisions that still need your input and prepare a first draft for review.

Step 03 • Review & delivery

Approve the plan.

You review the materials, provide one consolidated round of changes, and receive the final documents and launch checklist.

Expected timeline

Typically 2–3 weeks.

Week 1

Discovery and direction

Intake, kickoff conversation, audience and service decisions, initial brand direction.

Week 2

Draft development

Preparation of the brand, messaging, patient journey, program, website, and launch documents.

Week 3, if needed

Feedback and final delivery

Your review, reasonable revisions, final documents, and launch-plan handoff.

Estimated from completed intake and receipt of the required information. Missing decisions, delayed feedback, or a more complex clinical offering may extend the schedule. Website construction and advertising launches are separate projects.

What we need from you

Your responsibilities during the project.

You do not need to arrive with all the answers. You do need to make the decisions that belong to you, especially those involving clinical care and business operations.

  • Complete the intake questionnaire and attend the kickoff call.
  • Provide your practice name, founder/provider background, services, goals, and any existing materials.
  • Explain your clinical approach and approve all descriptions of care, eligibility, programs, and pricing.
  • Confirm the jurisdictions and patient populations you intend to serve.
  • Choose a point person who can answer questions and make decisions.
  • Review draft materials and provide consolidated feedback promptly.
  • Arrange your own medical, legal, privacy, licensing, and operational requirements before opening.

What you’ll have when we’re done

  • A documented identity and communication style
  • A defined audience and service presentation
  • A mapped path from first inquiry to ongoing care
  • A plan for the website’s pages and content
  • An ordered launch checklist with next steps
Important: Planning documents are not medical, legal, or regulatory advice. The package does not include medical licensure, entity formation, insurance credentialing, EHR selection or implementation, prescribing protocols, HIPAA compliance certification, or approval to provide telehealth services.
